Radiolarians – Haeckel Mug

$20.91 SGD

Five radiolarians, tiny single-celled sea creatures with glassy skeletons, in a row around a white mug. They come from plates 11 (Discoidea), 21 (Acanthometra) and 51 (Polycyttaria) of Ernst Haeckel's Kunstformen der Natur (Art Forms in Nature), published 1899 to 1904, with the old paper removed.

Haeckel died in 1919, and the plates are in the public domain; the scans are from the Biodiversity Heritage Library.

White glossy ceramic mug, printed all the way round by sublimation. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Made to order
